Repatriated back to Canada.
Jack remained in the RCAF and rose to the rank of Flight Lieutenant.
After he left the air force, Jack returned to live in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.
Jack married Mabel and had three children, Gordon, Audrey and Elaine.

Mabel passed away in 1979.
Jack re-married, to Bertha (Bertie), in 1982.
By the age of 90 he had ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Albert John Tipping “Jack” Cash passed away on the 7th of July 2004, aged 91, in Humboldt.
On his headstone are the words:
“RAF – RCAF WWII
RNZAF FOR CANADA”
